DroneOur pilots hold all necessary training, relevant PfCO documentation, insurance and safety equipment. We are permitted by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to conduct aerial work inside the UK for commercial purposes, including within congested areas and flying at night.

Lease PlansOur lease plans are drawn to land registry requirements in the preferred scale showing a metric measurement with scale bar, orientation showing North point, OS map to help land registry clearly identify the location of the property in question to ensure approval first time around.

Commercial EPC'sEnergy performance certificates are a legal requirement on any properties being built, sold or rented in the UK. Our accredited team offer a fast service from site survey to certificate handover for thousands of clients in East and West Sussex. Certificates are valid for a period of 10 years.
