Computer Generated Imagery
External and internal computer generated imagery is an effective way of presenting proposed developments to planning departments as a visual aid to assist in decision making. It is not only a common tool used in planning applications, but are subsequently be used to generate interest in the development prior to works being completed as a pre-marketing campaign.
We produce our photorealistic CGIs from architectural drawings and a construction spec list and pay close attention to the composition of the renderings utilising our vast experience within interiors and architectural photography. Our multi-stage photography service would mimic the compositions used within the CGIs to ensure continuity though planning, pre-marketing and marketing. |
Every Little HelpsResearch has shown that developments submitted for planning utilising CGI's as a visual aid have a higher success rate at being granted. We are able to carry out site survey work and overlay CGI imagery over ground or drone photography.

Early BirdCGI's allow the marketing process to begin in the developments infant stages and are used to generate interest in a development prior to show home completion. Our photography can mimic the angles used in the CGI production to ensure continuity.
